Rituals: the path to inner harmony and creativity 🔥

When I step into my magical corner, close my eyes, and prepare to dive into the creative process or draw a card, the first thing I do is perform a ritual. It has become an inseparable part of my creative process – a moment when I stop, calm down, and connect with my inner world. This ritual, which often acts as meditation, allows me to transition into a different state, where I am fully "here and now."
During the ritual, I often unconsciously start humming, and my body begins to move on its own, as if following an inner rhythm. These movements, even though they seem simple, help me relax and open the way for creativity. It’s like a dance with my own energy – at that moment, I am not only an observer but also a participant, allowing my body and thoughts to lead me into the creative process.
This ritual helps to harmonize my inner state, calming the thoughts that often overshadow the true source of creativity. Essentially, it’s a moment when I “reset” and surrender myself to the authentic creative flow, without getting caught up in external distractions or worries. It allows me to immerse myself in inner sensations, reaching a state where I am fully open to new ideas and creative impulses. ✨
I believe this ritual is not just a way to improve my creative work, but also a form of meditation that not only helps me relax but also uncovers a deeper creativity. When preparing for creation or drawing a card, I feel that the ritual becomes my personal key to a world where we can create, explore, and express ourselves like never before.
What about you, do you have your own rituals?
